 We understand that every organization supports community initiatives differently. Customized sponsorship and partnership opportunities are available upon request. 

 Businesses and organizations may also contribute through donated goods, services, supplies, food, beverages, equipment, printing, entertainment, or volunteer support.

 Sponsorship levels provide businesses and organizations with structured ways to support the event at different contribution levels. Each level offers varying degrees of visibility, recognition, and engagement opportunities during the reunion. 

 No. Selecting a sponsorship level is optional. You may contribute in any way that aligns with your capacity, including custom sponsorships or in-kind donations. 

 While specific benefits may vary, sponsorship levels are generally structured as follows:

 Name listed on website and community appreciation recognition 

 Name/logo listed on website, social media recognition, and community appreciation acknowledgment 

 Logo placement on website and select promotional materials, social media spotlight, and event recognition 

 Featured logo placement, on-site recognition, vendor/booth opportunity (if applicable), and highlighted sponsor acknowledgment 

  Premier sponsor recognition, premium logo placement across promotional platforms, verbal acknowledgment during the event, and priority visibility at the reunion 

  Exclusive premier recognition as a leading event supporter, top-tier logo placement, featured acknowledgment throughout the event campaign, VIP visibility opportunities, and customized partnership benefits 

 Yes. We welcome customized sponsorship arrangements based on your organization’s goals and how you would like to engage with the community.
